convenient and clean stay
helpful staff clean room strong wifi
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us useful information about the city. the room was cozy, clean, and the wifi signal was strong. the location is convenient, about a 20-30 minute walk to san marco and rialto bridge, a pleasant walk with nice sights.
the walls were thin, so i could hear some noise from other rooms.

thin walls neighbor conversation
the staff were friendly and gave us lots of information (which i appreciated).
The walls were thin. I could hear my neighbors conversation so it was hard to find sleep.

gold decor bathroom size central location easy access
I totally loved the room's gold decor. I thought it was fun! the bathroom was huge! it was the same size as the bedroom because i got the dda room. the location worked great. A short walk took me into the centre. i also found it easy to locate. i'm happy.
the windows did not open fully. this was only a minor thing.

paperwork requirements toilet paper availability
I found the communication a bit lacking upon arrival. I was not fully aware of all the specific paperwork i needed to enter the area. my room lacked readily available toilet paper and i could not find anyone to ask for it late in the evening. It was a bit inconvenient.

clogged shower drain stale food
The location was convenient to transport options, such as bus and train stations.
The room was not great. The shower drain was clogged (a real problem), and the shower itself was quite small. Breakfast lacked variety, and some items did not seem fresh.

espresso drinks antique decor
The room included antique decor. The breakfast had fresh espresso drinks also. Meeting with my tour operator at Piazzale Roma proved convenient. The staff seemed kind.
The hotel is older and it did not appear as clean as online.
